Through worthwhile presentations and workshops, we seek to promote a lifelong love of learning and enrichment. Learners of all ages will find a place to attend to valuable ideas, grow as persons, and to care more deeply about truth, beauty, and goodness.

John Muir Laws
What a gift to welcome John Muir Laws for an afternoon of learning and growing together! With real-time nature journaling and a lively Q&A session (complete with an impromptu whooping crane dance), Laws helped over 200 attendees understand the vital importance of putting your “brain on paper” through the practice of keeping a nature journal. We were reminded that nature journaling is about seeing - not just about making pretty pictures. We learned that the world “reveals its secrets” to those who keep paying attention. Laws’ generosity and honesty left us feeling seen and a bit more human. We are grateful for the work of John Muir Laws and his team at the Wild Wonder Foundation!

John Muir Laws, a principal leader of the worldwide nature journaling movement and the co-founder of Wild Wonder Foundation (wildwonder.org), is an award-winning author, artist, and educator who has dedicated his life to helping people connect with nature through art and science.
