Terms and Policies
General Information and Lodging
Room Assignments: All guests will be assigned an individual bed in a shared room of 2, 3, or 4 people, based on their selection during registration. If needed, room changes may be coordinated informally between attendees, without involving retreat staff.
Nursing infants are welcome. During plenary sessions, we ask that mothers with babies sit near the exits. Out of consideration for others, we ask that you step out if your baby becomes vocal or fussy. If necessary, you may be asked to leave a session to avoid disruption.
The Crossing is able to accommodate most dietary preferences. Please list any on registration and you will be contacted if there are any questions.
Registration is open to adult women only. While we will have teen volunteers assisting on-site, general teen registration is not available at this time.
Cancellations are accepted with a $50 cancellation fee. Please refer to our full refund policy below for more details.
Retreat payments are refundable, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by December 15, 2025 to be eligible for a refund. If a waiting list is in place, we may be able to accommodate cancellations after this date.

Refunds and Waiting List
No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless state or interstate highways between a guest’s point of origin and The Crossing are officially closed by the state patrol.

All registrations include six meals, beginning with Thursday supper and ending with Saturday lunch.
